Permanent Hemorrhoids Remedy

“Discover A Treatment For Hemorrhoids That Works”

Need a safe hemorrhoids remedy for permanent relief to this problem? Have you tried over-the-counter treatments and nothing seemed to work? You just need a safe hemorrhoid remedy that works fast, and relieves the pain, itching and swelling. Hemorrhoids can cause great pain, discomfort and difficulties to the sufferers. The burning and uncomfortable feeling while sitting can make you feel embarrassed and put stress into your life.
What Exactly Are Hemorrhoids?

Hemorrhoids, also called piles, are veins that are swollen and inflamed in your lower rectum and anus. These dilated veins can swell from either inside (internal) or outside (external) the anal canal.

Hemorrhoids are a very common problem. Over 75% of the people in the United States have hemorrhoid flair ups at some time in their lives.
What Are The Symptoms?

Finding a real hemorrhoids remedy to this embarrassing problem can be a challenge. Probably the worst symptoms you’re dealing with are pain and the itchy discomfort in your anal region. Recent studies have shown that a natural hemorrhoid remedy can cure these symptoms and keep them from coming back.

The following is a list of the most common symptoms of both external and internal hemorrhoids:
Irritation or itching in the anal region
Hemorrhoids protruding from the anus
Bleeding during a bowel blood can be seen on toilet paper after a bowel movement
Pain or discomfort
Swelling around the anus
A painful or sensitive bulge near the anus
Possible leakage of feces
What Causes Hemorrhoids?

To learn how to relieve hemorrhoids, it helps to know what causes them. Hemorrhoids are caused by an increase in pressure on the veins in the rectal and pelvic area. When pressure increases, blood begins to pool or collect in the veins and that causes the veins to swell. As the pressure increases the veins stretch the surrounding a result, hemorrhoids develop.

The following is a list of reasons why hemorrhoids can develop:

Continued constipation or diarrhea, which cause straining and pressure on veins in the anal canal.
Poor bowel habits. Postponing bowel movements...go as soon as you get the urge. Avoid straining when having a bowel movement. Don’t sit for long periods of time on the toilet.
Pregnancy and labor.
Lack of fiber in the diet. This makes stools harder and more difficult to eliminate.
Dehydration- Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Consuming too much diuretic liquids, like coffee or sodas. This can lead to hard stools.
Obesity- I’ve read that doctors think that the extra weight adds pressure to the anus area and causes hemorrhoids to form.
Sedentary lifestyle- Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5 or more times a week will promote smooth, regular bowel movements.
Age- Hemorrhoids are more common as we age because the veins in the rectum can weaken and stretch.
9 Tips For Hemorrhoids Relief

1. I would suggest using non alcohol medicated wet wipes or baby wipes instead of rough toilet paper for soothing hemorrhoids relief. Toilet paper can aggravate the itching.

2. For temporary relief, try aloe vera gel directly on the anus. It has traits similar to aspirin. Topical treatments bring short term relief. They will wipe off quickly, so you’ll be back to square one.

3. Keep the anal area clean. Use mild soap and warm water, then dab gently after a bowel movement. This will reduce swelling and increase blood supply. Avoid vigorous rubbing of the anal area.

4. If you’re constipated, I would suggest using a stool softener. Don’t use a laxative or any other type of over-the-counter medicine because they can cause diarrhea, which can inflame hemorrhoids. For relief of constipation, see my article "Constipation Natural Remedies".

5. Eat foods high in fiber- Foods like cereals, whole-grain breads, raw and dried fruits, raw vegetables and beans. And limit foods like soft drinks, ice cream, white bread, cheese and red meat. Bulking agents will also increase fiber, such as Metamucil, Citrucel, and Fibercon.

6. Avoid certain food- If certain foods or beverages seem to make your symptoms get worse, avoid them. This might include spicy foods, nuts, coffee and alcohol.

7. Apply ice packs- You can use cold compresses or ice packs on the anus to relieve swelling. Ice is often use in hemroid treatments.

8. Use a sitz bath- Soak in warm water 2 to 4 times a day...this will help relieve the symptoms.

9. See a doctor if your hemorrhoid symptoms began with a change in your bowel habits. Also, see a doctor if you’re passing tarry or black stools, blood clots or blood that is mixed in with your stools. If you experience large amounts of rectal bleeding, dizziness or faintness seek emergency care right away.

These tips for self-care may lessen the symptoms, but they won’t make them disappear completely. An internal hemorrhoid or external hemorrhoid will often bleed. Depending on the severity, bleeding hemorrhoids can be treated using natural herbal remedies.
Conventional Hemorrhoids Remedy
Over-the-counter creams, suppositories, ointments and pads are the conventional treatment for hemorrhoids. These products contain ingredients like hydrocortisone and with witch hazel. These hemorrhoids remedies can temporarily relieve pain and itching. However, most doctors caution using products like this for more than a week because they can cause dangerous side inflammation, skin rash and skin thinning so you can use them for a longer time. An all-natural hemorrhoids remedy will not cause these problems.
Another conventional hemorrhoids remedy is rubber band ligation. In this procedure, a doctor places one or two rubber bands around the base of the hemorrhoid to cut off circulation. After a few days it dies and falls off. This can be uncomfortable and may cause bleeding.
Sclerotherapy- In this hemorrhoids remedy, a doctor injects a chemical into the hemorrhoid to shrink it. This process is less effective that using the rubber bands.
Infrared, laser or bipolar- These procedures use laser, infrared light or heat to coagulate the swollen veins. Hemorrhoids can still come back using this type of treatment.
Surgical procedures- If other procedures don’t work your doctor may recommend surgery as a hemorrhoids remedy. This surgery is called a hemorrhoidectomy. Surgery has the highest rate of complications.
