1) Overactive Thyroid especially if you have weight loss, racing heart/palpilations or sweating.
2) Low progesterone and estrogen. It can be seen in woman approaching menopause, and can occur 5-12 years before periods stop and tests for menopause become positive.

6) Express your anger in a good way.

Anxiety is really frightening and is hard to cure, but some useful tips here.
I am already consuming green tea...what are the other food habit changes that may help.can no stop the sugar and sweet intake though.
Good article! I like to see ideas that expand the factual meaning of the word natural or "natural cures. I am in "this business", but I also suffered of anxiety and panic attacks. Unfortunely I did not have the opportunity come across this kind of information and try some natural remedies.
