Lips are more sensitive to chapping than the skin because, unlike the skin, lips do not produce oils to protect them against drying. So when the weather is dry, cold, or windy the lips get cracked.

1) Water is one of the most beneficial ways of treating chapped lips. Remember, less water intake causes dryness in both skin and the lips. So, the best bet would be to keep the body well-hydrated

2) Smear olive oil on lips

3) Do not put Vaseline on lips it will make them more dry.

4) Smear unsalted butter to lips

5) Aloe Vera will do good in repairing the chapped lips

6) Smear some honey will also do good

7) Apply some fresh orange juice drops on the afflicted area of the lips (might sting).

8) Slice a cucumber and rub the chapped lips with a slice.

9) Milk cream has proved to be valuable in treating dry chapped lips. It would remove the dry skin and also make the lips smooth.

10) Wrong food habits sometimes are the main cause for cracked and chapped lips. Increase in the consumption of foods rich in vitamin A such as carrots, green leafy vegetables and tomatoes, legumes, whole grains and nutritional yeast.

11) Lastly, do not wet your lips with saliva. Believe it or not, it not only makes the lips dark in color, but also makes it lose the moisture.

Male Fertilities Causes and Improvement

One popular myth is that infertility is the woman's problem and that once that "problem" is fixed, the couple will be able to conceive. Well that is no longer the truth, when it comes to that, both couple must undergo a medical check up. 

In fact, in nearly 30% of all infertility cases, the cause is attributed to a factor in the male and in an additional 30% of cases the cause is attributed to both male and female factors. 

What Causes Male Infertility?

Common causes for male infertility are impaired sperm production, impaired sperm delivery, and testosterone deficiency (hypogonadism).

Infertility can result from a condition that is present at birth (congenital) or can develop later (acquired). Causes for infertility include the following:

Chemotherapy 
Defect or obstruction in the reproductive system (e.g., cryptorchidism, anorchism)

The best way to cook instant noodles

Normally, we cook the instant noodles by putting the noodles into a pot with water, throw in the powder and let it cook for 3 mins.

This is the WRONG method of cooking the instant noodles. By doing this, the MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) inside the instant powder will change its molecular structures causing it to be toxic.

The other thing that you may or may not realize is that, the noodles are coated with wax and it will take around 4 to 5 days for the body to excrete the wax after you have taken the noodles.

So the CORRECT method, which you may or may not know, is to cook the noodles this way: 

1. Boil the noodles in a pot with water.

2. Once the noodles is cooked, take out the noodles, and throw away the water which contains wax.

3. Boil another pot of water till boiling and put the noodles into the hot boiling water and then shut the fire.

4. Only at this stage when the fire is off, and while the water is very hot, put the ingredient with the powder into the water, to make noodle soup.

5. however, if you need dry noodles, take out the noodles n add the ingredient with the powder and toss it to get dry noodles.
